Weight - Weigh In 9
Hey everyone,
Well we had our first weigh in on Saturday and I lost 4kg!!!! I was so shocked!!!! That is so much!!!! We had even had Subway and stuff, so I think I did really well!!!! I am not expecting to do that well this week though, because I had such a big loss last week. I will be happy with anything, so long as it’s a loss. We have been walking everyday, which I know must help!!! I am a bit annoyed on this program though, because I know when I was on Weightwatchers, you could have tea and coffee throughout the day with milk, and snacks and stuff, but with this one you can’t do that, unless it is herbal tea, I think it sucks!!! I want to lose weight, don’t get me wrong, but I want to enjoy my food still!!! On a cold day like today, I want to be able to enjoy a hot cuppa and not feel guilt because I am not supposed to have stuff between meals. It is so hard, salads and stirfrys all the time, you get sick of them really quickly!!! There is nothing like a good stew in winter!!! or vegemite on toast with a hot cup of tea for breakfast!!!! I just wish it wasn’t so hard, I believe that you can be healthy by having a balanced diet and exercising every day, not just by eating rabbit food all the time. I lost weight on weight watchers by eating normal but healthy, and that was with walking for 30 minutes a day, I am doing that now, but eating rabbit food, so yes, my weight should drop off quickly, but that means that I will put it on just as easily!!! It sucks!!!! I would rather lose weight slowly and keep it off than quickly and put it straight back on!!!! Oh well, I guess I am on it now, so I better just get over it and do it and stop whinging, but it is just so hard!!!!
