Hey Guys, well i forgot to write to you this week, so the goss is that I only lost 0.2kg, but I am still okay with that because I had such a big loss the week before. That is usually how it works, if you have a really big loss one week, your body adjusts itself and makes you lose less the following week. But hopefully this week I will lose at least 1kg, although we have been a little naughty. We allow ourselves one naughty day a week, which is always Saturday because that is the very first day of our week, but this week we were Naughty on Sunday and tonight aswell! When I say we were naughty, I don’t mean we went out and had MacDonalds or anything like that, we have had Subway everytime, so it is not as bad as it could be, but yeah it is not on our diet plan so it is a bit bad!! If I do really poorly this week then i am not being naughty at all anymore!! We are just getting sick of cooking for every meal and having the same thing all the time, it get’s a bit boring!! But anyway, I will let you know how I go and if I do bad, feel free to give me a talking to!!! I need it I think!!! Anyway, wish me luck this week, I will talk to you later.

Hey everyone!
Well it is 3 weeks since I started on the Sureslim Program and boy am I feeling really good! I was a bit worried this week that I hadn’t lost anything, even though my clothes are starting to get baggy. I though if I had lost anything, then i may have lost about 1kg, but to my great surprise, I lost 2kg!!! I couldn’t believe it! I mean 2kg in a week for a girl is really good!! I guess I just have to keep it up now!! I figure that this week to come I will prolly lose a bit less, but that is okay. I can’t expect really good numbers every week!! The main thing is to lose something!

Hey everyone,
Well it has been a week since I last wrote to you and things have gotten a little easier, but it is still hard. I have come up with some good recipes which is good, so now we are having things that aren’t so bland and boring! Anyway, we went to our second weigh in this week, and I wasn’t sure if I had lost much, because I didn’t feel much like I had. Anyway, I ended up losing 1.2kg this week, which is really good for the second week they said. So I was happy with that! This week I am gonna do more exercise and see if I can push the loss up a bit more, but still a loss is a loss.
Anyway, that’s all I can be bothered writing, so i will talk to you all later.

Hi Guys,
Well it happened, we went to our first weigh in yesterday and boy was I nervous!! I really didn’t know what to expect, but the good new is that I lost 3kg! I was amazed, because I haven’t been doing any exercise, so this was just a result of a change of diet! It is pretty awesome to think that just by eating really healthy, I can lose weight! This week I am gonna start exercising every day, just going for a walk really, but still it is worth it, hopefully I can lose 2kg this week by sticking to the diet and exercising! I mean I need to lose at leat 1.5kg every week to get to my goal of 100kg by January, because that is when we are going over east for my Dad’s 60th birthday, so it will be nice to be that size by then! If I can do that, then I will be able to wear all of my skinny clothes again! Especially my cargos! I love them to death! They have rips in the legs and paint all over them, but they are so comfy, so I will wear them until they fall off me!!
I don’t know if any of you have a piece of clothing like that, but if you do then you will know what I mean!!
