Weight - 4th Installment
Hey everyone!
Well I have officially began on my weight loss journey! We got out programs on Friday and started eating properly yesterday! I am starving hungry right now, but I know it will get easier as time goes on!
The food is really nice, lots of fresh vegies and fruit and very lean meat! It tastes delicious, but I have to learn to be a bit creative with it all otherwise I am gonna get bored really fast! I have been given some recipies, but I don’t have a lot of the herbs and stuff, but I will give some of the others a go instead. I am gonna make an omlette for lunch which will be nice, so I am really looking forward to lunch.
The hardest part of this new lifestyle is trying to break all the bad habbits I have already! I mean, I like to have a big cup of sweet milky tea, and I can’t have that anymore, so I have to try and occupy myself in between meals, because you can’t even have a snack! I mean, you don’t really need to snack, but when you are in the habbit of itm it is really hard to break. I know that this week is going to be really hard, that I am gonna be feeling hungry and I will probably be a bit grumpy because of it, but it is so worth it!
Anyway, I am gonna go, gotta get a jumper it is quite cold today, and I am gonna watch a movie to pass the time until lunch!!
